Returns are only possible when we have made a mistake with your product, for example an incorrect size or colour. Unfortunately, returns are not possible when a product does not fit or you would have preferred a different colour. Before ordering, check the size carefully and measure it again to be sure. Yes, all our embroideries are durable and washable. We use high-quality materials that can withstand frequent washing. Embroidery is done with high-quality yarn from Madeira. All threads are washable up to 95 degrees and can be tumble dried. Also resistant to steaming and ironing.
